Medication magament, joint injections, local muscle trigger point injections, Botox injections for chronic headaches, Synvisc-One and Supartz brand of Hyaluronic Acid injections for knee arthritis. We also refer to colleagues for additional forms of conservative treatment, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy. And referrals are made, when deemed appropriate, for more invasive treatments including spinal injections, spinal stimulator implantation, and some surgeries.
Addiction Medicine Treatment:
Narcotic addiction is treated with Buprenex, a form of Buprenorphine.
Aesthetic Medicine Services:
Currently offering Botox injections for the face. Soon to be offering Mesotherapy injections for body fat removal.
Weight Loss:
Dr. Fatteh manages a comprehensive medically-supervised weight loss program, using meal replacements, nutritional education, and behavioral counselling.
On-site Diagnostic Testing:
EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies to evaluate for nerve injuries such as pinched nerves and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Urine drug testing is done with regularity to monitor narcotic drug usage.
